QBL (Qingdao Business Leaders Association) is the de facto “foreign chamber of commerce” for expats doing business in Qingdao, China. Membership ranges from 500 CNY (individual) to 3000 CNY (corporate). Monthly seminars, with local business speakers, are held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel usually on the 4th Wednesday evening of each month at 19:00. Bookings are required.
