Lin Duck House
Across the street from `Nanputuo Temple, the Lin family offers Xiamen specialties like stir fried eggs and oysters, and deep-fried calamari (the best in town!). Other Xiamen favorites include Minnan-style spring rolls, zongzis (tetrahedral bamboo wrapped rice and meat dumplings), and stir-fried Anxi rice noodles. I like the chewy little octopus tentacles, which have the texture of rubber grape but less taste.
