Children’s Hospital

Dalian’s public children’s hospital offers a special, VIP service to foreigners, although you must pay for membership. There is a private clinic, on the top floor. VIP Clinic is on the fourth floor

Once you join, the doctor, Liu Yan, will provide you with her mobile number (she is available around the clock). She speaks good English and is willing to make house calls.

Official operating hours of the VIP office are:
8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
13:30 PM – 16:30 PM
