Contact Centre Manager | Chengdu, China
Our client is an international business process outsourcing (BPO) service provider specialising in providing strategic data enhancement, lead generation and market intelligence solutions to clients in Asia Pacific. Due to aggressive expansion plan, they are looking for an experienced manager to lead and drive a contact centre in Chengdu, China.
Besides managing and motivating a team, the successful candidate will also play an active role in the daily operations and spearhead improvement initiative of the Centre. This is a highly visible role as significant communication with the Senior Top Management is expected from the incumbent.
Candidates with a sense of urgency, who thrive in a dynamic and fact-paced environment, and have proven track record of providing timely solutions, are strongly encouraged to apply. Successful applicants should have prior experience in outbound call centre management. Alternatively market researchers with team management experience would be considered as well. Fluency in English and Mandarin language skills is imperative for the success of this role.
