Will probably be relocating in a few weeks time, no confirm date from HQ yet but I'm interested to know what sort of areas is great to stay in, convenient to travel to between airport and down city, great environment. Appreciate anyone can offer some suggestions.

Go West, Young Whatever You Are
Kunming and Chengdu are two great cities featuring all the modern amenities, with access to some of the last wild and woolly country left in China. Oh yeah, and rent is still quite cheap there. I got a modern, 3 beds 2 bath in Kunming next to the university for 1800 a month. (RMB)
