1. Position: Gereral Manager

Job Description
1) Establish and improve management systems and develop the capabilities of production, quality control, client development and relationship, etc.
2) Make the periodical forecast such as operational budget, cost control plan etc.
3) Improve quality control to identify and correct quality problems in the company before the goods are shipped to clients.
4) Coordinate activities across departments to ensure company plan targets are met.
5) Make every endeavor to save cost in daily operations work.
6) Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, including quality control, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, HR, and administration.
7) Control finance of the company and reports to headquarter.

Profile Requirements
1) Italian nationality;
2) Mechanical background;
3) Work experience in management of mechanical manufacture in China;
4) Speak English fluently, Chinese mandarin is a prefer;
5) Willing to work in China for at least 3 years;
6) Serious, reliable, responsible and team player;
7) Hard working and with strong problem solving skills

2. Position: Purchasing Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT:
1. Very, very good level of English
2. Stay/leave in Huizhou or close to Hongkong
3. Long experience purchases/merchandiser preference in textile field
4. Long management experience in Chinese staff
5. Determination to make to respect Italian company rules.
6. Autonomy and strong responsibility sense, transparency in the relationship and reporting activity to the Italian Company
7. Spirit of adaptation to the change about the procedures of job
8. No problem to use and to make to use some Software dedicates to our company
9. To know Italian language
10. HongKong people is preferred.
