This is when we can go to Jiayuguan, turpan, Kashgar, Taxmorgan, mostly by train, but I am looking for weather info, and an idea of whether we will not get a sense of what the cities/places are really like because they will be semi closed down. If it really will be disappointing at this time of year we may go by train to Hanoi and Halong Bay, and wait for another trip to China, as we are leaving at the end of March. Thanks in advance.
