Shipping Stuff Home

Over time I've accumulated quite a bit of stuff out here and I'm beginning to dread the move back home, which is still a ways away. How reliable is sending stuff by boat? Someone told me that you have to pick things up at the docks if you do that. I'd really prefer stuff sent directly to my apartment obviously. What is the best way to move lots of stuff?

Chengdu Computers

Hi saw your question and wondered if you had an answer ... I am thinking of getting one for a friend who is studying in Chengdu, and it may be better to buy there than send one.
