Guizhou (food) RestaurantsI know Guizhou food is not as popular as Hunan, Shanghai, or Sichuan food, but I for one love it.Ｔｈｅ ｂｅｓｔ ｔｈｉｎｇ ｉｓ ｔｈｅ ｍｕｓｈｒｏｏｍ ｇａｎｇｕｏ （干锅）. I'm trying to get into it more so if people have recommendations either for dishes or restaurants, I'm all ears. I'm based out of Beijing, but if you know good places elsewhere I travel a lot and would love to know good places to take people elsewhere. If anyone's actually in Guizhou, please give us the scoop on the local spots!! |

san ge guizhouren
sange guizhouren （三个贵州人) is a good mini-chain in Beijing. They have a location at gongti, another at jianwai soho and another near the silk market. I think there's a fourth as well. that's pretty good food, although a little on the pricey side.
