I lived in Sichuan for 4 years but have relocated to Shanghai. I'm really looking for authentic hotpot out here, and have found possibl, but nothing up to my snobby standards.
What are the best places around? I like fire-breathing hot!

Tan Fishhead
There's a chain called Tan Fish Head Hot Pot (谭鱼头火锅) which is pretty good. It's fairly upscale, but excellent.
