This is what That's says on their website about the place:

I'm pretty sure they don't charge a cover. They have events pretty frequently, like pretty much every night I think. The music tends to be interesting, from all over Asia, but I think it's actually not a very big venue.

I have to say, that is a cool little bar. I went on Friday--and almost went back the next night. It's modeled after the stone boat in the summer palace and it's a great place to hang out if the temperature is nice outside.
